Our Story
Raspados Ruben's has been a quiet staple on South 4th Street — a place where the ice is shaved by hand, the syrups are mixed with care, and every pastelito comes out of the oven fresh.
We don't chase trends. We keep doing what our family has always done: making raspados that cool you down on a hot Imperial Valley day, and baking breads and pastries that remind you of home.

What We Offer
Fine-shaved ice drenched in house-made fruit syrups — tamarind, mango, strawberry, watermelon, and more. Served in a cup with a squeeze of lime, or piled high on a cone for the full experience.
Multiple flavors available
Conchas, orejas, cuernos, cuates — baked fresh every morning. Flaky, buttery, lightly sweet. The kind of bread that pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or a glass of horchata.
Baked fresh daily
Horchata, jamaica, tamarindo, and limon — made from scratch in large batches. Creamy, tart, refreshing. The perfect companion to any raspado or pastelito.
